Is yoga the right fit for me?
Yoga is suitable for anyone looking to relax, deepen their connection with themselves, and at the same time improve their flexibility and strength. You can start practicing yoga no matter your current fitness level, flexibility, or beliefs about yoga. The benefit of a private session is that we work at your pace, with adjustments focused on what matters most to you.
What do I need for a yoga class?
Comfortable, stretchy clothing and a yoga mat. If you tend to get cold, a sweater and socks for the final relaxation (savasana) are recommended. For an online class, find a quiet space, and make sure you have a computer or phone with a camera.
Can I eat before yoga?
I recommend not eating for at least 2 hours before yoga. If you're hungry, have a light snack, but avoid practicing on a full stomach.
How do I join an online yoga class?
Before the class, you'll receive a video call invitation link by email.
