What is TCT ® therapy ?
TCT® (Transpersonal Cognitive Therapy) combines humanistic, cognitive, and transpersonal psychology. This individual talk therapy helps raise awareness, confront, and overcome the internal obstacles that prevent you from living a rich and fulfilling life, fostering lasting progress. In a safe and compassionate space, you are fully accepted, allowing you to move at your own pace toward a more joyful, authentic, and fulfilling life.
In therapy, I never criticize, analyze, diagnose, or (in)validate you. Instead, I focus on your potential. The process is built on your commitment to work through emotions and address the mental causes of your problems. As your therapist, I always respect your rhythm, honor your free will, and support you 100% during the session. I follow the TCT® code of ethics and maintain professional confidentiality in all therapeutic work.

Sessions are 90 minutes long, giving us enough time to go deep without rushing.

What does TCT® therapy look like?
Before your first therapy session, a 15-minute introductory call via phone or video is required. This call is free of charge and gives you the opportunity to learn more about Transpersonal Cognitive Therapy (TCT®) and about me as your therapist. It is a space to ask questions and get a feel for whether this approach is the right fit for you. If you feel ready, we can also schedule your first session during this call. You can book your consultation here, via email, SMS or by filling out the contact form.
If you choose to begin therapy, no special preparation is needed for your first session. It is completely natural to feel a bit nervous or unsure of what to expect. At the beginning of the session, I’ll briefly go over how the process works (if we haven’t already done so in the intro call) and answer any questions you may have.
From there, we’ll begin exploring an area of your life that feels important to you and where you would like to see change. If strong emotions arise during the session, that is completely welcome. If they don’t, that is just as okay. We move entirely at your pace.
If you decide to continue the therapeutic process, we’ll typically meet every 10 to 14 days, depending on what feels right for you. This time between sessions allows space for you to notice how the insights and changes made during therapy show up in your daily life. In TCT® therapy, sessions are not scheduled in advance or automatically. Instead, we agree on each one individually. That way, every therapy session is a conscious, intentional choice to support your growth, not just another item in your calendar.
Therapy sessions are conducted in accordance with our mutual agreement and the General Terms and Conditions.
