Yoga sessions are available at my location (Parmova ulica 14, 1000 Ljubljana), at your home, or online via video call—whichever is most convenient for you.

Style of yoga
Hatha yoga focuses on mindful movement, breath, and body awareness in each pose. It is a contemplative practice that encourages you to slow down and turn inward, providing a safe space to process any emotions that may come up.

Work around your schedule:
Our yoga sessions can be scheduled regularly (e.g. every Monday at 5 pm) or arranged on an as-needed basis to fit your availability. The session length can also be customized (45-90 minutes) to suit your schedule. Additionally, you have the flexibility to choose the location—online, at my studio, or in the comfort of your home
Focus:
Yoga encourages you to look inward, inviting you to connect deeply with yourself as you practice. In group classes, however, external distractions—like loud sighs, coughing, or snoring—can interrupt your ability to relax and unwind. In a private class, these disruptions are eliminated. Without the element of comparison, you can focus entirely on your journey, deepening your practice and relaxation.
Safe and supportive space:
In a private session, you have the freedom to express your concerns and desires as well as ask any questions at any time. You’ll be truly heard and seen in what matters most to you. If you feel uncomfortable sharing in a group setting, a private class provides a safe, space to address these with ease.
